I was having trouble sleeping after being diagnosed with sleep apnea. Once I received the somnomed appliance and came in for additional support . The results are amazing. I slept the whole night and I woke up energized. This appliance for me is better than the C-pap machine. Thank you Dr. Kaspro, Maureen and the entire staff. I am grateful. I am feeling great!

Though it took a long time to get an appointment, I was pleased with the service. The doctor himself is what this rating is for. He was very professional, personable, and seems to genuinely care about his patients. There was no long waiting time once at the office. Though the next appointment is scheduled out quite a bit. The Dr. Answered all of my questions, didn't rush me at all. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Kaspo was friendly, professional, thorough, and quick. The staff were also friendly and professional. I received my diagnosis before leaving the office. I am very impressed by every aspect of my visit.

I have never been more frustrated with a medical office than I am right now. Dr. Khaspo was fine, but his staff may be nice, they are either lazy, incompetent, or both. I have been trying since April 2024 to get paperwork completed, and despite numerous calls and messages, this simple task remains unresolved. Yesterday, I left a detailed message, and today Athena called to follow up. She apologized for the ongoing issues and assured me that Laila, the office manager, was submitting the paperwork and would call me once she spoke with my insurer. This assurance turned out to be false. When Laila finally called, it became glaringly obvious that she had not followed up with the insurer and had no idea why she was even calling me. She was so unprepared and uninformed that she thought I was trying to schedule an appointment. Her complete lack of effort to review the situation beforehand was unacceptable. After I pointed out the months of inaction and mismanagement, she repeatedly interrupted me, showing no interest in understanding my frustration. She ultimately placed me on an extended hold that I eventually disconnected. This office has demonstrated an alarming level of disorganiza
